Jasmine Grace

Good morning all. No time long see, huh? I’ve just been so busy, hardly have time to sit down and scrap. But I did get to do one page done (took me almost a week to complete it). And of course, its about my li’l girl Jasmine!

Jasmine Grace

This was the second day after we adopted the girls. Just look at that cute little face! I can’t believe they are 7 months old now!

I used KaiserCraft “Pawfect” collection, with alphas by My Little Shoebox. I used the fabulous sketch #136 from Sketch N Scrap

Sketch #136

I stayed true to the sketch and used the hexagon/circle die cuts for my banner

DSCN7305

I did this for both the Sept Manufacturer Challenge at ACOT (use a manufacturer that has the letter “t” in their name) and the Sept Rewind Challenge. I went back and did August Manufacturer Challenge (manufacturer must start with K or O).

Puppy Layouts

Good evening everyone! I have a few layouts to share with you, featuring my sweet babies Jasmine Grace & Shelby Lynn. Two weekends ago, I had my scrappy friends over for our quarterly weekend crop. I didn’t get as many layouts done as I usually do but I still had fun. So lets get started!

Homeward Bound: Jasmine & Shelby leaving the shelter on their way to their FOREVER HOME!

This layout was for A Cherry On Top’s “July Supply List” Challenge.

papers, alphas, sticker: Echo Park
acrylic “love” sticker: WRMKs
veneers: KaiserCraft
washi tapes: Queen & Co, Doodlebug
stars: Jillibean soup

What An Adventure: Jasmine & Shelby exploring their new yard within a few minutes after being at their new home.

This layout is for A Cherry On Top’s “Rewind Challenge”, where we can go back and do any challenge(s) from the previous month that we didn’t get to do. I chose to do the “June Countdown Challenge”.

papers, alphas: Echo Park
“adventure” veneer word: Heidi Swapp
brads: WRMKs
buttons: from stash

Shelby’s First Selfie: My sweet Little Shelby, posing for a selfie with her new mommy.

I did this for A Cherry On Top’s “Title Challenge”, and Sketch N Scrap’s Sketch #132 by one of my favorite sketch artist, Lisa Hidy.

papers, stickers: Echo Park
washi tape: Queen & Co
paw print 3D sticker: MAMBI
alphas: Cosmo Cricket

Cold Nose, Warm Heart: Jasmine and Shelby hanging out in their yard on the second day of being home.

I did this for A Cherry’s On Top’s “Mood Board Challenge”.

Hello Friend

Good morning and hello friends! Today is a bittersweet as I’m sharing with you my last DT assignment for Sketch N Scrap. I’ve really enjoyed being part of an amazing team for the past two years and will miss everyone. I have decided to step down as life has just gotten in the way. Two new puppies, work, and everything in between. But don’t you worry, I can continue to play along with Sketch N Scrap and you’ll get to see my creations when I can post!

So without further ado, here is card sketch #100, designed by the very talented Lisa Hidy:

And here is my take on it:

The washi tapes are from Hobby Lobby (The Paper Studio brand) and the papers/stickers are MME.

Make sure you stop by Sketch N Scrap blog and hope you can play along!

Good morning everyone! Today I have Layout Sketch #131 designed by Heather Hall for Sketch N Scrap:

I used one photo instead of two and added a few more embellies (which I fussy cut from paper). I used some really old DCWV pattern papers:

My sweet Bear with Penny Lane. They were sleeping the EXACTLY the same way. Thought it was super cute!!

Hop on over to the Sketch N Scrap blog and check out the rest of the DT’s work. Hope you can play along with us this month.

Hello

Good morning everyone! I’m sharing the newest card sketch from Sketch N Scrap today:

and here is my take on it:

Everything is MME, with washi tapes being from The Paper Studio. Instead of a banner, I used a tag instead.

Today I have the latest Sketch N Scrap sketch to share with you. #130 designed by Lisa:

And here’s my take on it:

My sweet happy boy! Just look at that smile! I used all Doodlebug “Puppy Love” products on this one. I just love the bright colors paired with his black fur.

If I had a dollar…

Good morning everyone! Today I have our 3rd Birthday Bash Sketch to share with you from Lisa Hidy for Sketch N Scrap:

How fun is this one? My photos are a bit larger than what the sketch shows, but it still works!

Pics are of me holding Bella, my brother’s li’l doggie. Isn’t she adorable? ❤

I used Photo Play “Cooper & Friends” for my papers/die cuts; rub on doggie biscuits are by Paperhouse Productions. The gem paw prints are from Hobby Lobby (The Paper Studio) and the little fire hydrant is from Reminisce.

Hop over to the Sketch N Scrap blog to check out the rest of the DT’s fabulous creations. Stop by and play!

Hello

Good morning ya’ll! Today I have Sketch N Scrap’s 2nd Birthday Bash sketch from Lisa Hidy:

I LOVED this sketch! The large flower. The border strips. I was undecided on whether I was going to do washi tape or pattern paper, but I bought some washi tape from Hobby Lobby about a month ago and STILL hadn’t put them away. Nor did I put away my latest large order from A Cherry On Top, which included a large flower. LOL. Just with the goodies on my desk, the card was done!

The flower is from Petaloo, and all the washi tape is The Paper Studio. Cardstock is from Bazzill.

Make sure you check out the rest of the DT’s wonderful work with this card sketch – you’ll get tons of inspiration! Hope you can play along!

C is for CAT

Good morning everyone and Happy National Scrapbooking Day for all your crafters out there! Sketch N Scrap is celebrating by releasing an exclusive sketch, JUST for today!

Here is my take on it:

Look how little Jackson was?? This was just a few weeks after we got him. Adorable isn’t he?

Papers/stickers are from Echo Park; washi tape is from Doodlebug; and flowers are by Mark Richards.

Good Dog

Good morning and Happy Birthday to Sketch N Scrap!!! We’re celebrating our 5th birthday all month long with Exclusive Sketches, NSD AND an online crop!! So lets kick off this party with the very first exclusive birthday sketch, designed by the very talented Heather Hall!

Gorgeous isn’t it? I was so excited when I saw this sketch. It took me a while to figure out what I’d do with it though. Die cut? Stencil/mixed media? Stitching? The options are endless and I ended up using my Cricut to cut out a very messy ring.

The rest of my products is PhotoPlay “Cooper & Friends”. Just check out Mr. Jeffrey. He was quite focused on something and not on the camera!

Make sure you hop over to our blog and check out the rest of the DT’s fantastic work with this amazing sketch.

TFL and hope to see you there!
